Privacy Policy & Data Protection

Pursuant to the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Overview & Data Fiduciary Identification

This Privacy Policy describes how TezzCorp Private Limited ("TezzCorp", "we", "our", or "us"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U74999BR2026PTC012345), situated at Plot 42, Patliputra Industrial Area, Patna, Bihar, 800013, India, collects, uses, processes, and protects your personal and business data across the TezzWhatsApp platform.

2. Legal Roles: Data Fiduciary vs. Data Processor

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, distinct roles apply to different categories of information handled on TezzWhatsApp:

  • TezzCorp as Data Fiduciary: We act as the Data Fiduciary regarding the account information provided directly by our registered business tenants (such as full name, official email, phone number, encrypted password hash, and billing transactions).
  • TezzCorp as Data Processor: For all end-recipient contact data, chat records, broadcast lists, and media uploaded by our business tenants into their dedicated WhatsApp CRM workspace, the tenant serves as the primary Data Fiduciary. TezzCorp acts strictly as a technology Data Processor operating on the tenant's documented instructions.

3. Cryptographic Data Security (AES-256-GCM)

In strict compliance with modern cybersecurity protocols and Indian IT security mandates, sensitive personally identifiable information (PII), API tokens, session credentials, and contact attributes are protected using authenticated AES-256-GCM encryption at rest. All client-to-server and server-to-Meta data transmissions are enforced over TLS 1.3 cryptographic channels. Data is isolated per tenant ID to eliminate cross-tenant leakage.

4. Categories of Data Collected

  • Tenant Profile Data: Name, business email, encrypted login credentials, license key, IP address, and browser telemetry.
  • Messaging & CRM Metadata: Phone numbers of leads/contacts, conversation timestamps, delivery status (SENT, DELIVERED, READ), and keyword triggers.
  • Tax & Invoicing Records: GSTIN, billing state code, transaction timestamps, and credit consumption ledgers.

5. Zero Third-Party Selling / Monetization Guarantee

TezzCorp does NOT sell, rent, monetize, or lease personal data or tenant customer contact lists to advertisers, brokers, or data analytics intermediaries under any circumstances.

6. Rights of Data Principals (Under DPDP Act 2023)

Users and business tenants retain statutory rights under Chapter III of the DPDP Act, 2023:

  • Right to Access & Summary: Request an export of personal data currently stored in your account.
  • Right to Correction & Updating: Update out-of-date profile and contact details directly via the profile editor.
  • Right to Erasure (Deletion): Request the permanent deletion of your tenant workspace, contact lists, and message history upon termination of service.
  • Right to Grievance Redressal: Direct escalation to our statutory Grievance Officer (grievance@tezzcorp.com).
